Moha is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She brings a warm, genuine presence to her work, along with a touch of gentle challenge and humour, to help clients feel at ease while exploring what matters most to them.
Moha specializes in supporting couples and relationships navigating parenting and fertility journeys, intimacy concerns, infidelity and rebuilding trust, intercultural relationships, and diverse relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. She is committed to creating a space where all relationships and identities are respected and affirmed.
Her approach is trauma-informed and client-centred, meaning sessions move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you. Moha draws from training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy to help partners deepen connection, improve communication, and foster lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, Moha was involved in relationship research at the University of British Columbia. She weaves together her academic background and clinical experience with a deep appreciation for people’s stories and the courage it takes to share them.
