As Registered Social Workers, we covered by Insurance plans. We do not direct bill.

A Valid Credit Card is REQUIRED for all appointment bookings. 

Fees increase annually on September 1st.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. All payments will be automatically applied onto the credit card on file immediately following the appointment. If less than 48 hours is given, the full cost of the appointment will be applied onto the credit card on file.​ Exceptions may be made for emergency or illness if advance notice is provided.

All regular fees will be applied to the credit card on file at the end of each appointment.

Services are covered by insurance plans that reimburse for clinical counselling with Registered Social Workers.
