Across Saskatchewan

Specialized in-person and virtual counselling services for women and couples across Saskatchewan.

Welcome to The Saskatchewan Women’s Mental Health Therapist, where women and couples receive compassionate, personalized counselling support in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. We provide specialized mental health counselling for women and relationship counselling for couples, helping clients navigate life’s challenges, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful change.

Our services include in-person counselling in Saskatoon and virtual counselling across Saskatchewan, making professional therapy accessible to women and couples in Saskatoon, Regina, and communities throughout the province. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, grief, major life transitions, or women's mental health concerns, we provide care tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

With specialized training in individual women’s counselling and couples counselling, we understand the unique challenges women and relationships can face throughout different stages of life. We support women navigating anxiety, trauma, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, grief, and personal transitions. We also help couples strengthen communication, rebuild connection, resolve conflict, and develop healthier relationship patterns. We offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitzation and Reprocessing Therapy) among other therapy modalities.

Our approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and evidence-based, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. We believe therapy should be a collaborative process where your experiences are respected, your strengths are recognized, and you are supported in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience.

If you are looking for a women’s therapist in Saskatoon, virtual counsellor in Saskatchewan, anxiety therapist, trauma counsellor, or couples therapist in Saskatchewan, we are here to support you.

We’re glad you’re here and would be honoured to be part of your journey toward healing, connection, and growth.

Do we have to be married to attend couples counselling?

No. Couples counselling can support people in many types of committed relationships, whether you are dating, engaged, married, common-law, or in another partnership.

What if my partner isn't sure about counselling?

It is common for partners to feel differently about starting counselling. We can provide a supportive space to explore those concerns without pressure or judgment.

Can couples counselling help after infidelity?

Couples counselling can provide a structured space to explore the impact of infidelity, address the resulting hurt, and consider what rebuilding trust may look like.

Is couples counselling only for couples who are struggling?

No. Counselling can also help couples strengthen communication, deepen their connection, and prepare for significant life changes.

What can we expect from couples counselling?

Sessions provide a safe and supportive space to talk about challenges in your relationship, better understand one another, and explore new ways of communicating and connecting. Your therapist will help guide the conversation while ensuring both partners have an opportunity to be heard.
