Choosing the right therapist is an important decision. We offer a FREE 15-minute consultation to help you determine whether our counselling services are the right fit for your needs. If you're ready to begin, you can also book your counselling appointment online for individual therapy or couples counselling.

Insurance Coverage

Our therapists are Registered Social Workers, and our counselling services are covered by many extended health insurance plans that provide reimbursement for counselling provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist.

Please note:  We do not offer direct billing. Payment is made at the time of your appointment, and you will receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.

 

Payment Information

A valid credit card is required to secure all counselling appointments.

Payment for each appointment is automatically processed to the credit card on file immediately following your session.

Our professional fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change each September 1.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee to the credit card on file. Exceptions may be considered in the event of an illness or emergency when advance notice is provided whenever possible.

Counselling Fees

All counselling fees are securely processed to the credit card on file following each appointment.

Many clients are eligible for reimbursement through their extended health benefits when their insurance plan covers counselling provided by a Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist. We recommend confirming your coverage directly with your insurance provider before your first appointment.
