Clinical Supervision & Consultation

Crystal has been providing clinical supervision and professional consultation to mental health professionals for over 10 years, drawing on nearly 20 years of clinical experience as a Registered Social Worker and therapist. She has advanced education and specialized training in Clinical Social Work Supervision and is committed to supporting counsellors, social workers, and other helping professionals in developing confidence, clinical competence, and ethical practice throughout their careers.

Crystal provides clinical supervision for undergraduate and master's-level practitioners, new graduates, experienced clinicians, and professionals working in private practice, community agencies, and healthcare settings. She offers a collaborative, reflective, and strengths-based approach to supervision that is grounded in a competency-based developmental model. Supervision is tailored to each clinician's level of experience, learning goals, theoretical orientation, and professional scope of practice, integrating evidence-based approaches and practical clinical application.

Individual Clinical Supervision or Consultation (60 minutes – Virtual)
$170 + GST

Group Clinical Supervision or Consultation (Virtual or In Person)
Fees are available upon request and are based on the size and needs of your group.

Receipts are provided for all supervision and consultation services and may be eligible to be claimed as professional development or business expenses. Please consult your accountant or tax professional regarding your specific circumstances.
